How much does a Lexiar custom home cost?
Custom builds typically start around $750,000 and scale based on size, lot, and the finish level you choose. We always give you an itemized budget before construction starts so there are no surprises mid-build.
How long does a custom build take?
From signed contract to handover, plan on 10-12+ months for a typical custom home in the inner city, and 12-14+ months for an acreage or larger build. We give you a written schedule before we break ground.
Can you work with my architect?
Absolutely. We collaborate with several Calgary architects regularly and can work with whoever you've engaged. If you don't have one, we'll recommend trusted design partners we've worked with for years.
Do you have an in-house designer?
Yes. We have trusted design partners on call and an in-house team to help with finishes and interior selections if you'd like the support.
