Yes. Underpinning, load-bearing modifications, foundation repair, structural additions - we work with structural engineers and handle the permitting around all of it.
Can you renovate a heritage or character home?
Yes, and we love these projects. We modernize systems and finishes where it makes sense, and protect the architectural elements that give the home its character. The trick is knowing which is which.

Itemized quote up front with clear allowances. Renovations always reveal one or two surprises - that's the nature of the work - but we put written contingencies in the contract so you know what's covered and what isn't.
