The Story

Built as a spec home in the heart of Bridgeland, it found its people quickly, a young couple who recognized exactly what they were looking at. A home with room to grow into. A neighbourhood worth planting roots in. And a view that sealed the deal before they even made it back downstairs.

Three storeys up, a west-facing balcony frames the Calgary downtown skyline in a way that never gets old. Warm evenings up there with the city lit up in the distance and the sky turning every shade of orange and pink, that's not something you find in most homes. That's something you stumble onto and never let go of.

On the outside, farmhouse character gives the home warmth and permanence on the street. Inside, timeless finishes and thoughtful layouts deliver the kind of quality that feels as good ten years in as it did on day one. This wasn't a home built to look good at an open house. It was built to be lived in, for a long time, by people who care about where they come home to.

A young couple bought it about five years ago. We'd like to think they're still up on that balcony every chance they get. Completed in Bridgeland.
